1. Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or transaction charges.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
If a traveler does not show up on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, the booking will be considered non-refundable.
3. Force Majeure
In case of unexpected events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), Tangra Tour will make every effort to provide alternative solutions or partial refunds, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa fees, travel insurance, and third-party services booked on your behalf are non-refundable.
- Any additional bank or payment gateway charges are not refundable.
