3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Where possible, equivalent alternatives will be offered without additional charge.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.
  • Tangra Tour will not be liable for any loss or damage not covered by insurance.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tangra Tour acts as an agent between the traveler and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by these suppliers.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked directly with Tangra Tour.

8. Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet health and vaccination requirements for their destinations.
  • Tangra Tour will not be liable for any health-related incidents occurring during travel.

9. Force Majeure

  • Tangra Tour is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.
